Understanding Our Return & Refund Policy

🚫 All custom and personalized items are FINAL SALE.

This includes:

  • Personalized names

  • Custom dates

  • Custom designs

  • Made-to-order products

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect personalization provided by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Event cancellations

  • Delayed shipping once shipped


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include clear photos of the damage

  3. We will offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion

LOST PACKAGES

  • Once marked β€œdelivered” by the carrier, Fiesta Fancies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly


NON-CUSTOM ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

If a product is not personalized, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery:

  • Item must be unused

  • Buyer pays return shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
