It's fiesta time! This listing is for hand cut banners with a variety of images and colors that can be used for any occasion.

Each banner includes 10 tissue paper flags per strand (18"x14" each flag). Each banner is 18-20 feet long. Colors and designs may vary slightly from the picture.
